When you purchase, team members will use their email address to create a login to the Leap Academy, our easy-to-use online learning platform and community. After that, team members can log into Leap 24/7 from anywhere in the world to access content. The web-based online learning platform works beautifully on mobile, tablets, and computer browsers. Access to Leap Future Leader is indefinite and team members can return to any video or download at any time if you need a refresher.

How much time committment per week is required to finish the course?

We recommend four hours per week. Two hours to watch the videos and 2 hours to do the assignments. We’ve found that when our students contribute to the course, they get back far more than they put into it.
